Reverse Engineering
Aimess produces highly accurate scans of your components, from coin sized test parts and man high castings to complete aircraft. We use only the most modern scanning systems, which capture even complex geometries cleanly. Thanks to our new infrared scanner R3Dscan we are even able to digitise transparent, dark or reflective surfaces without spraying or applying reference markers.

Reverse engineering is used wherever no original documentation, or only incomplete documentation, is available. Whether reconstructing worn spare parts, modernising outdated assemblies or controlling the quality of manufactured components by comparison against CAD data. We also support the documentation of grown facilities as well as the development and adaptation of individual components.
